We carefully review and only recommend Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s)  who are passionate about training and are maintaining the high standards required by the Department of Education and Training.

As no one RTO can deliver every course a company may require, Mairgroup can provide the completed solution for businesses by introducing the best training company who deliver the course which is required and to source funding from the Federal and State Government for their staff training program.

While Mairgroup earns its commissions from each RTO, we see our role as providing our client the best result for their training program.

Our involvement is to:

• Ensure that correct courses required are available through the traineeship program,
• Recommend the best RTO to deliver each course selected,
• Source available funding from the Australian Apprenticeship Centre for each of your staff’s traineeships,
• Resolve issues throughout each traineeship to your full satisfaction.

Financial Incentives to your Business:

• The Federal Government offers grants of $4,000 per staff member who are eligible to receive funding,
• The NSW State Government offers additional funding for newly appointed employees. Skill Shortage course funding is available in other states.
• Tax free cash incentives range from $3,586 for new employees in NSW to $1,000 for your existing workers after training costs are paid.
